The Application Process:    

1. Have a high school diploma or obtained a GED prior to entering the program. This is required per the Dental Board of California.

2. Be an existing SRJC student and have an SID#. If you are not a current student, you will need to apply to the college and obtain and SID# prior to filling out your Dental Assisting application.  The college application is free and can be completed online at https://admissions.santarosa.edu/

Note: Students who have a high school diploma from a school outside the United States must contact Admissions and Records for further information.   

3. Complete the online application (linked above).

4. The application can be saved to resume later; however, all applications must be submitted by the Deadline of March 4, 2024, 5 p.m. No exceptions.

5. In the event that there are more qualified applicants than spaces available in the class (limited to 24), students will be randomly selected by computer lottery.

DEADLINES:

Application period: January 8, 2024 - March 4, 2024.

Applications are accepted via online application only. No paper applications accepted and there are no exceptions to this process.
