Instructions for onboarding all new student information and immunization requirements will be given to those accepted into the program.
Immunization / CPR Requirements - physical exam must be completed by Dr. or NP. proof of exam, immunizations and Correct CPR requirements to be remitted via American Data Bank -Complio (link available through information letter to be sent to accepted students shortly after acceptance letter confirmed)
Deadline to complete intake requirements: Midnight May 15th 2024 . Failure to do so could result in being dropped from the program.
